Birthday party package – Stan Siwik & Nicholas Sheran
This rental package can only be booked during regular facility hours and requires a minimum of 7 days’ advance notice. Access to the multi-purpose room will be available 15 minutes before booking for setup.
Package includes:
- 1 hour in pool during an open swim
- 1 hour in multipurpose area
- Entry for 25 guests
Availability:
- Saturday
- Nicholas Sheran: 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm
- Stan Siwik: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm or 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Sunday
- Nicholas Sheran: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
- Stan Siwik: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Booking fees:
- $97.50 (includes $25 party room deposit returned with a post-party clean-up)
- Additional pool time: $52.25 per hour
- Additional multipurpose area rental: $20.25 per hour
- Additional swimmers will be charged daily admission fees, per person

Private rental package – Stan Siwik & Nicholas Sheran
This rental package can only be booked outside regular facility hours and requires a minimum of 14 days’ advance notice. Rental rates are based on the number of swimmers. A minimum 2-hour rental is required. For private rentals, access to the facility will be granted 15 minutes in advance for setup.
Package includes:
- 2 hour rental

- Saturday
- Nicholas Sheran: 9:00 am–12:00 pm or 5:30 pm–8:30 pm
- Stan Siwik: 9:00 am–12:00 pm or 7:00 pm–9:00 pm
- Sunday
- Nicholas Sheran: 10:00 am–1:00 pm or 5:00 pm–8:00 pm
- Stan Siwik: 9:00 am–1:00 pm or 4:00 pm–7:00 pm
Booking fees:
- 1 – 50 people: $126.25 per hour
- 51 – 100 people: $189.50 per hour
- 101 – 150 people: $252.75 per hour
- 151 – 200 people: $315.50 per hour
- 201 – 300 people: $378.25 per hour

Multipurpose area rental
Available for booking during regular our outside of facility hours. Rental includes 1 hour in the multi-purpose area. Minimum 7 days’ advance notice required for birthday package bookings.

- $20.25 per hour (additional $25 party room deposit returned with a post party clean-up)

Insurance
Rental groups, schools*, clubs and sport organizations are required to provide proof of insurance documentation for a $5 million dollar liability policy listing the following as additional Insureds:
- Canadian Recreation Excellence Lethbridge
- City of Lethbridge
- Stan Siwik Family Leisure Pool
- Nicholas Sheran Family Leisure Pool
- Fritz Sick Pool
- Henderson Outdoor Pool
*School District #51 and #4 Lethbridge currently meets the annual insurance requirements, as such no further insurance documentation is required.
Cancellations
Two weeks notice of cancellation is required for full refund. Full fees apply to cancellations less than 14 days.
Additional information
Supervision requirements
Teachers, volunteers or guardians are expected to provide in water supervision for the unstructured play time, for students under 8 years of age and those that can’t swim, as per the admission policy below:
Children under 8 years of age and those that can’t swim must always be actively supervised (in the water, within arms’ reach) of a guardian 14+. Maximum of 3 children to 1 guardian.
