Birthday parties – Stan Siwik & Nicholas Sheran
Birthday party package A (open swim booking)
This package is available during the following open swims hours:
- Saturday afternoon or evening
- Sunday afternoon or evening
Package includes:
- 1 hour in pool during an open swim
- 1 hour in multipurpose area
- Up to 15 children, and 10 adults
Supervision requirement:
- Children under 8 years of age and those that can’t swim must always be actively supervised (in the water, within arms’ reach) of a guardian 14+ years of age or older. Maximum of 3 children to 1 guardian.
Booking fees:
- Package A: $97.50
- $25 party room deposit returned with a post party clean-up
- Additional pool time: $52.25 per hour
- Additional multipurpose area rental: $20.25 per hour
- Additional swimmers charged daily admission fees, per person
Minimum 7 days advance notice required. Reservations based on availability. Full payment required to confirm/hold dates.

Birthday party package B (private pool party booking)
This package is available during the following hours:
- Saturday morning (before opening)
- Saturday evening (after closing)
- Sunday morning (before opening)
- Sunday evening (after closing)
Package includes:
- 1 hour in the pool for your private party
- 1 hour in the multipurpose area
- Rates based on the number of swimmers
Supervision requirement:
- Children under 8 years of age and those that can’t swim must always be actively supervised (in the water, within arms’ reach) of a guardian 14+ years of age or older. Maximum of 3 children to 1 guardian.
Booking fees:
- 1 – 50 people: $126.25 per hour
- 51 – 100 people: $189.50 per hour
- 101 – 150 people: $252.75 per hour
- 151 – 200 people: $315.50 per hour
- 201 – 300 people: $378.25 per hour
- $25 party room deposit returned with a post party clean-up

Birthday parties – Henderson Outdoor Pool
Birthday party package A (open swim booking)
This package is available during the following open swims hours:
- Monday through Sunday afternoon (12 pm – 3 pm) or evening (4 pm – 7 pm)
Package includes:
- 2 hours in the pool for your party
- 1 hour in the birthday zone
- Entry of 25 guests
Supervision requirement:
- Children under 8 years of age and those that can’t swim must always be actively supervised (in the water, within arms’ reach) of a guardian 14+ years of age or older. Maximum of 3 children to 1 guardian.
Booking fees:
- Package A: $180.00

Birthday party package B (private pool party booking)
This package is available during the following hours:
- Saturday morning (10 am – 12 pm)
- Sunday morning (10 am – 12 pm)
- Monday to Friday evening (8 pm – 9 pm)
- *1 hour of shared pool time may be added to your booking Monday through Friday for a reduced price.
- Pool space is shared from 7 pm to 8 pm)
- (Pool space is private from 8 pm to 9 pm)
Package includes:
- 2 hours in the pool for your private party
- 1 hour in the birthday zone
- Rates based on the number of swimmers
Supervision requirement:
- Children under 8 years of age and those that can’t swim must always be actively supervised (in the water, within arms’ reach) of a guardian 14+ years of age or older. Maximum of 3 children to 1 guardian.

- 1 – 65 people: $313.00 per hour
- 66 – 130 people: $510.50 per hour
- 131 – 180 people: $638.00 per hour
- 181 – 225 people: $765.25 per hour
- 226 – 300 people: $893.25 per hour
Pool space add-on fees:
- 1 – 65 people: $82.75 per hour
- 66 – 130 people: $166.75 per hour
- 131 – 180 people: $229.25 per hour
- 181 – 225 people: $286.00 per hour
- 226 – 300 people: $379.75 per hour

Multipurpose area rental
This rental is available during the following hours:
- During normal operating hours
- Outside normal operating hours pending approval
Package includes:
- 1 hour in the multipurpose area
Booking fees:
- Multipurpose area rental $20.25 per hour ($25 party room deposit returned with a post party clean-up)
Minimum 7 days advance notice required. Reservations based on availability. Full payment required to confirm/hold dates.
Rentals are currently not available at Fritz Sick Pool or Henderson Outdoor Pool.

Insurance
Rental groups, schools*, clubs and sport organizations are required to provide proof of insurance documentation for a $5 million dollar liability policy listing the following as additional Insureds:
- Canadian Recreation Excellence Lethbridge
- City of Lethbridge
- Stan Siwik Family Leisure Pool
- Nicholas Sheran Family Leisure Pool
- Fritz Sick Pool
- Henderson Outdoor Pool
*School District #51 and #4 Lethbridge currently meets the annual insurance requirements, as such no further insurance documentation is required.
Cancellations
Two weeks notice of cancellation is required for full refund. Full fees apply to cancellations less than 14 days.

Supervision requirements
Teachers, volunteers or guardians are expected to provide in water supervision for the unstructured play time, for students under 8 years of age and those that can’t swim, as per the admission policy below:
