Pool session descriptions
Aquatic centre hours
Guests will be allowed into the aquatic centre during the scheduled session times as posted on the Aquatic Schedule. Space is available on a first come-first-serve basis and occupancy limits are based on a lifeguard to guest ratio. Change rooms, showers, and $0.25 lockers are available. Guests are welcome to bring pool toys and equipment from home.
Open swim
Stan Siwik Family Leisure Pool
Guests of all ages are welcome during this time. Practice diving off our diving boards, swing from the buoy ball rope swing, or splash around in the pool. Our family hot tub is also available for our guests to enjoy.
Nicholas Sheran Family Leisure Pool
Guests of all ages are welcome during this time. Slide down our large slide, swing from the buoy ball rope swing, or splash around in the pools. The tot pool is popular with the little ones. The hot tub and sauna are available for our guests to enjoy.
Henderson Outdoor Pool
Guests of all ages are welcome during this time. Slide down either of our 2 large slides, splash into the pool from the drop-slide, climb your way to the top on the rock wall, or fly into the pool from the diving board. Children under 12 years will also love the splash park and the wee littles will have fun in the spray area.
Lane swim

Designated lanes reserved for lane swimming in our 25-metre pool. Open to swimmers 14+ years of age and a variety of lane speeds. The hot tub is also available during this time to enjoy after your workout.

Caregivers and their children are welcome to come and play in the pool. Diving boards, buoy ball rope swing, pool toys, and a small slide are all open for active play. The hot tub is also open during this time.

Women Only Swim

A swim time for women only. Practice diving off our diving boards or splash around in the pool. Our hot tub is also available for our guests to enjoy. We offer an Aqua Jog class during this time as well. Young boys under the age of 5 years are allowed to attend with their mother.
Senior swim
